Formerly Angama Mara's Executive Head Chef, Collins lead a kitchen team of 18 across two camp kitchens, a bakery, a picnic kitchen, the staff canteen, the BBQ kitchen and the Maasai boma. On the team since Day One, he also chairs the lodge's management board, coaches Angama Football Club, and is champion of the 'Angama Way.' Currently working as a Camp Manager, for his next act, Collins will be Angama Amboseli's first General Manager.
