• All bookings are subject to availability. Check-in is scheduled for 12h00 and check-out for 10h00. Regrettably no early check ins or late check outs offered
• Booking Confirmation
  • Standard Season: A $100 booking fee will be charged per guest per night. The balance is due 45 days prior to travel
  • Peak Season: All deposits and full payments will qualify to be rolled forward for a period of 12 months – without cancellation fees being applied, but subject to a 2nd 30% deposit 6 months prior to new travel dates – if access to the Safari Camp by means of international flights is reasonably deemed by Angama to be materially disrupted or includes such imposing restrictions (like a mandatory 14-day quarantine) to make it impractical
• Cancellation fees
  • Standard Season: 100% cancellation fees will be charged on bookings cancelled within 45 days prior to travel
  • Peak Season: A 30% cancellation fee will be charged on bookings cancelled within 60 days prior to travel. 100% cancellation fees will be charged on bookings cancelled within 60 days prior to travel
• Provisional Bookings
  • Standard Season: Bookings will be held for 30 days prior to confirmation
  • Peak Season: Bookings will be held for 14 days prior to confirmation
