The first time we actually ‘met’ Shari was some weeks before her arrival when she contacted us through our website asking us please to make sure that she had James as her butler and Wilson as her guide. She had read their stories here and decided that only these two team members would be taking care of her. Needless to say they were waiting for her with arms open wide.
