Ben Friedman

Ben Friedman is an entrepreneur from Mercer Island, near Seattle, where he went to high school and used to row boats with Tyler. About a decade ago, he co-founded Homegrown, an organic restaurant inspired by the universal need for a greater commitment to environmental responsibility in food production and consumption. Having recently left his post as CEO of Homegrown, Ben is on month four of a year long globe-trot following his tastebuds from one destination to the next. We’re honoured he chose to spend a few days with us on his epic adventure, sharing his passion and knowledge with our team.
