Anne blew into our Nairobi office at the beginning of April 2015 and set a whole new standard of sartorial elegance, which includes very high heels every day. We all pushed our Bata safari boot-clad feet deep under our desks in shame. We had gone bush and Anne was here to save us. When asked what she loves about her job, her reply came easily ‘I love to make guests’ dreams a reality. When I start off with guests just looking for a place to spend their holiday, and afterwards I hear what a great time they had, it makes me happy’. And in Nairobi, everybody knows Anne.
